To Process a Website Order Return
You will need your Name, order tracking number, item description as well as address that the returned item is coming from.
All the items you want to return must be returned within 45 days of the original purchase date given on the invoice enclosed with your order (excluding specialrequest Kente Cloth orders or Fugu top). There is a 10% restocking fee for anything returned after 45 days. No returns are accepted 60 days beyond the purchase date. Returns received without the original paperwork will slow down your return, and may cause confusion and cost you a fee.
No returns on used body products or personal care items
Clothing must not be soiled or laundered.
Fabric cannot have been cut or altered
Mail the items you would like to return to the address that will be given out directly.
Please include a copy of the invoice which will be emailed to you, a brief description of the reason for return (wrong size, color, etc.), and what you would like us to do with the return.
You can request a replacement, or refund.

What To Do If Something Is Damaged
Damages must be reported within four business days in order to process the appropriate claims and send out replacements in an efficient manner.
Do not discard the original shipment box or its packaging.
